The Science of Behavior
Behavioral-science is the study of thought, choice and relationship. It derives insights from disciplines like neuroscience, psychology and sociology. The application of this science is relevant to any organisation that aims for long-term effectiveness.
Managing human-behavior is the single most crucial activity in an organisation. It is the differentiator between mediocrity and excellence. Most organisations suffer from behavioral issues.
